No reason we shouldn't win this regional.

I can't believe I am saying this but I think this hire may be the best of Jay Jacob's hires. He has successfully taken a team that has never been good and almost lead them to hosting a reigonal and likely will win the regional.

It's definitely one of the most favorable regionals given to a 2-seed. I'd like to think we've got a good shot at winning this one.

The SEC was given an unbelievable amount of respect this year and with good reason. Check out these rankings and see just how absurd the SEC was this year:

TV?
Won't know til later in the week. usually only about 4 or 5 of the 16 regions get televised in the first round. I would not expect Minnesoter to be a televised region.

Yeah that's not good for us to get stuck in the losers bracket this early.

Well we were slated for 4 o clock but the Minnesota/NDSU game is running long. Minnesota is up 4-1 in the bottom of the 10th though, so if we survive today we will have to take them twice tomorrow.

Auburn is opening up a can in the second inning.

Kasey Cooper now has 74 RBI on the year as a true freshman.

it's on WEGL audio online if you want to hear the absolute worst commentating in all of sports history. Guy's last name is Bowen and listening to him call a game is like listening to nails on a chalkboard.
