Very good fit. Also in a fairly progressive city. That defense is gonna be good with or without him making the roster.

He got drafted. And while it was later than projected you can say there are a lot of guys that were drafted a lot later than projected.

I'm pretty sure if you are projected to be drafted in the 7th round and you are drafted in the 7th round it is not going later than projected...

No. He wasnt. He had a bad combine. He is an undersized DE and will have trouble playing in the jack in a 3-4. Can he develop into a player in the NFL? Dont know but Im not sure what the Rams are doing drafting him with our 4-3 defense.

I had seen some a little higher than that. Just going by that. Just pointing out that guys that we think are going to go earlier slip in the draft all the time and especially did in this one.
Avery Williamson was drafted higher than some projections though.
