Not sure if anyone watched enough of VA Tech but that's pretty damning of those 3. He was awful (but hey he's tall, big and has a big arm!)

I'm not exaggerating when I say he was the worst college quarterback I've ever seen in my entire life

Logan Thomas made our mediocre secondary look like the GOAT. Ridiculous.

Most overrated QB ever imo, sure he has great intangibles but he never produced on the field. Pretty bad that he went before those 3.

To quote the great Todd McShay. He has everything you want in a quarterback, except accuracy.

Too many questions on Mett now. Somebody is just going to take him on a flier pick. People want a sure thing early.

This is the most shocking thing that has happened in the draft, IMO. I just don't get it.

He finished 2013 with a 123.9 efficiency rating, #92 in the country. It's puzzling.

I know a lot of Hokies fans and many of them are happy as frick to see him go. That says a ton about him.

One of the talking heads said his future, if he has one, is at TE

Incomprehensible pick, unless they mean to covert him to te or something. Because every single sec qb available is 10000x better than thomas.

He participated in the SeniorBowl.....not saying that's the end all be all, but it probably helped to have that much more contact with teams.

Unless they're planning to convert him to another position this looks like a wasted pick.

I remember watching him & being in complete awe of how bad he played at times.

I compare him to a taller/heavier Kiehl Frazier.
