Coach Lawing will have a hay day telling prospects he coached Clowney for his first 2 years. The one coach that could actually motivate him.

Tennessee sent tons of stuff to recruits last year after Eric Fisher was the number one pick.
Butch and Mahoney discovered him at a HS basketball game and he became the first pick.
Pretty much anyone had anything to do with these guys (like Lawing) will use this, not just S. Carolina.

As will any coach at any school that coached an upper level draft pick. As they should.
Sam Pittman has already had two OL drafted so far in this draft, Joel Thomas had the first RB taken in the draft and three players coached by Bielema have been drafted so far.
All of that will be sold by our staff in the coming weeks. I'm not sure why anyone would be surprised or upset that they did this kind of stuff. You coached them so you damn well better sell it to improve your chances of success in the future.
