Be a good place for him, they have a couple good RBs, some good WRs, a good defense, all they need is a QB.
Compared to going to a bad team due to a lack of talent/direction.

No kidding. It was amazing in that Schaub was actually a decent QB for the last few years until he utterly fell apart mentally last year.

Yeah, I'm not sure why the Texans would be interested in Manziel in seeing how Keenum was a more "traditional pro style" QB skill set and mediocrity would be an improvement for him.

I hope he goes there or stays in NE. I'll be pissed if he ends up in Cleveland or Oakland

I always felt like he was headed to Cleveland when Lombardi was in charge because Lombardi is tight with Belichick and was always pretty glowing about Mallett in his spots on Bill Simmons's podcast. There were reports for a while that they were wanting to deal for him, then Lombardi got canned.
