Major outage in my area for two days now.

My only two days off this week, and no tv or internet

They said it was a network thing and this whole side of metro Atlanta was effected

This is why we'll stick with Comcast. Until Google Fiber comes to ATL, of course.

Had both.
You can either pay Comcast less $ for slightly more reliable service and faster speeds but the worst customer service of any company in any industry at any point in time in the history of commerce, or you can stick w/ AT&T's semi-routine outages and slower speeds at higher prices in exchange for a somewhat less sadistic customer service experience.
Either way, you're fricked.
