The "artist's" statement is a prime example of a person having an education while lacking the intelligence to be able to use it. It reminds me of the skit from "In Living Color" where Damon Wayons plays the homeless guy that tries to sound intelligent by using big words....."The proclamation of the constipation is not without its resignation."
