Details not out yet. Two charges.
But I do laugh at the morons on Twitter who suddenly think he's a bust.

Ridiculous. So he basically did nothing.

Nothing major, but I can't believe how hard it is for people to stay clean. Just drug test them every damn day and don't be afraid to punish the good players for it.

Or you could do the sensible thing and not test for weed

I do not partake (currently) but it's stupid to test for weed (I at least find it stupid when Bama players get tested for it, I find it frick'n hilarious when other teams' players get busted for it).
I am not informed, but real weed had to be better for you than spice.

Dareus would smoke spice

They're saying felony possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphanelia found in his vehicle after being pulled over for speeding

Absolutely ridiculous that it's a felony. Unless he had an insane amount of it w/ intent to sell.
I would say this if anyone were arrested for this, not just a former BAMA BEAAAAASSSTTTT. God he was a monster.

Possessing spice is a felony. In Alabama, it's better to get caught with actual pot than the synthetic stuff.

Alabama being arse backwards as always

Yeah, I guess. I mean, that stuff is absolutely terrible for you. I understand that Marcell was probably using to avoid getting busted on a drug test, but a normal person should always just smoke real pot. If you're going to get high, smoke the stuff that isn't going to give you a heart attack or possibly send you to prison.

Normal people should just not get high.

Who really cares?
As far as I'm concerned Dareus didn't do anything wrong and we need more people to violate these immoral prohibitions.

Agreed. He did nothing morally wrong. Just something silly.
