Former Bama player to coach Carroll-Bham

Steele is only getting this job because he was a good player. Not saying he is not gonna be a good coach but there are better qualified coaches out there.

Probably so, but even when he played here most talked about how he had the makings of a coach. It's not a crime to take a chance on a young guy at the high school level.

I think he will be a good coach. I could even see him being an assistant on our staff one day.
