Referring to records, the attorneys said the victim was contacted by Franklin and Galt during a medical examination four days after the rape to explain "that they cared about her because she assisted them with recruiting."

It went on to say that at some point, "Coach Franklin called her in for a private meeting and told her he wanted her to get fifteen pretty girls together and form a team to assist with the recruiting even though he knew it was against the rules. He added that all the other colleges did it."

Not making light of this story, because there is nothing to be taken lightly here, but that part is at least true.

Oh, if that holds up, Franklin's out of job. No way Penn State keeps him on. It would be a total PR disaster for them in light of recent events.

Might as well go ahead and fire him today and avoid the 2-3 day bullshite. The way shite hits the fan these days he will be fired along with the whole staff before charges are even filed.

They're investigating a string of incidents, not just this one case.

If they're going to fire Paterno simply because he was there at the time, they certainly should fire someone where there's actual evidence of a cover-up
