After the recent Texas comments and the new schedule conflict do you think they will throw A&M a bone and start the rivalry again?

A thread about a Big 12 school...started by a poster from a school who wants to be in the Big 12...go figure.

Weve had this post 3 times in the last 3 days. The answer is the same. No, we dont want to throw Texas a bone.

We made LSU give up their arkansas game to play us on thanksgiving.

No need for Texas.

Thanks for letting us come into your conference and demand you give up your permanent game for us.

No.
But we'll continue to hope and pray that they change their minds.
It's an honor to be on the same field with them.
We're just grateful that they agreed to slum at all by playing the Texas Aggies over the last century.
These tears are real.

I enjoy their fan base and tradition the most (besides lsu's of course) and I can actually have decent conversations with them.

No offense taken at all, geaux.

The serious answer to your question: The series won't return any time soon.
Their feelings were very hurt by our SECession.
Stunned & hurt.

Think of it like the Marine Corps ad...where we're the ones running TOWARDS the battle.

It is official: UF fans are my least favorite in the SEC.

It is like you took one drunken Jersey frat boy in jorts and made a university full of photocopies of him.

A UF fan could root for any major program and be just as happy. Mizzou fans are more southern than they are.
