For future reference, 1992 is used because of the addition of Arky and SCAR as well as divisions. Opinions? Games known for extreme controversy, terrible play calls, or just plain weird shite.

I know a big one recently for Bama is the Texas game with Colt McCoy. He got whacked by Marcel Dareus and was out of the game, which they eventually lost obviously. Most thought they would win if McCoy was in the entire game.

The corndogs are gonna enjoy this thread a lot

Unfortunately I can think of one pretty easily and I'm sure you can too...

Also, the AJ Green celebration penalty comes to mind against LSU in 09.

The missed FG called good in the Arkansas/Ms.State game in 98 comes to mind.

The Florida Arkansas game in 09 where the refs beat the hogs.

Some Bama fans still bitch about Barry Lunney Jr. throwing a perfect pass to where only his receiver could catch the ball which he did to win the game.

The LSU/Auburn game several years back where Auburn was called for PI on a fourth down and the refs picked up the flag claiming the ball was tipped (2006 I think).

I love watching LSU fans go full corndog as much as anyone, but they got robbed that day.

Really the latter was just a good game but I know what you mean. Nothing controversial about it though. Everything was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be the right call.

Ive seen Arkansas fans bitch about this multiple times so I finally checked it out. I watch the video multiple times, and the kick looks good to me. Its a little tricky because their uprights were unusually short then, but I dont see any reason to get worked up over it,

2008 LSU @ South Carolina. A ref tackled Stephen Garcia and we lost by a possession. It was atrocious.

I wonder if the Dew with a stiffness game will be controversial in the years to come.

Arky at Florida a few years back. Those refs were not letting Tebow lose that game.
And obviously the bounce pass.

It was, but the corner already had his arms wrapped around the receiver's legs.

More than that though is the fact that its the only time Ive ever seen the refs row a flag, actually announce the penalty, move to reset the ball and only THEN overturn the call. It definitely looked shady in real time.

That game decided the division that year.

Arkansas vs Alabama 1995
Bryant Denny Stadium

Alabama gets robbed on an obvious bad call. Arky had too many men.

LINK

Pause at 20 seconds and count

3 WR
2 RB
1 TE
1 QB
5 OL

="winning" the game on a 12 man offensive play

Arkansas would've won the division and rematched UT in the SECCG.
