He should be given the HC job at CMSU or whatever it's called. They can just become our feeder system for coaches. Let him HC there for 2 or 3 years. Assistant for Anderson for 2 or 3 years and then take over. As he moves up, English takes over at CMSU, then assistant for Peeler and the cycle goes on.
