WTF is wrong with you? How the hell do you let that happen. Please tell me she has a full ride otherwise you rack up an obscene amount of debt. I have a sister and a SIL both older than me with more debt even though they had partial schollies. Its not too late to transfer.
Edit: My sister went to HBU. A nice small respectable school in the greatest city in the world. SIL went to BU. I give her shite all the time.

She's g2b a math major, and likes BU's smaller math program better than TAMUs. Plus, she has some friends in Waco from when my family lived there a few years ago and I suspect she wants to get away from home just a little bit.
