Kick Six

Prayer In Jordan Hare

2004 Auburn vs LSU
Auburn ties game late. Misses Extra Point to take the lead and gets a redo because of a rule that Saban had put in the year before.

2007 AU vs LSU
Flynn throws one in the corner of the endzone with 1 second on the clock to win it.

Also in Baton Rouge when John Vaughn missed a ton of FGs including the game tying one.

2001 Florida @ Auburn- student at the time. The goal posts came down. I remember Daniel Cobb coming into the game and being instrumental in the win... I mean that's marvelous.

2002 LSU @ Auburn- 2002 was probably the most fun football season as a student for me while I was at Auburn. I remember it rained and it was a morning game and we weren't supposed to win.

2002 Georgia @ Auburn- this was a bad one. memory wise. Great game... but unfortunately UGA won it late with a late TD pass after Auburn had led it most of the way.

2003 Alabama @ Auburn- Cadillac runs 80 yards for a TD on the first play from scrimmage. there were rumblings about Tubs getting fired before the game but.. later that night I just remember an awesome night of partying with no negative schtick about Tuberville.

What was so significant about beating 2003 Alabama that it improved Tuberville's job outlook?

I remember he was under the microscope that year, but Alabama was a gimme for every team that year, including Ole Miss.

I've attended the 2010 Iron bowl, 9-6, A&M 2012, and the 2012 SECCG. I'm glad at least one of the memorable games I've attended has been a victory.

you mean the part where an embattled coach beat the arch rival and then proceeded to go undefeated the next year?

besides that.. yeah, he was lucky.

I'm sorry. That might have been implied. But it wasn't mentioned in your previous post.

For what it's worth, I don't understand why Tuberville was getting so much hate.

Auburn's worst loss of the season came from the eventual co-national champions, USC. That's nothing to be ashamed of.

oh, by the way.

I did go to LSU @ Auburn in 1994.

I've never seen anything like it since. There.

Replace that game with the cheese dick Iron Bowl game instead.

Happy now?

Jamie Howard goes back pass. throws... its intercepted by Auburn... to the 30, to the 20, to the 10, he's gone..... TD Auburn!!!!!!!

Fred Smith!!!!!

2005 Auburn @ LSU: Vaughn missed 5 field goals. Student section was unforgettable after 4 and 5.

2007 VaTech @ LSU: First test of the season. First ever top 5 vs top 5 in TS. My buddy and I were the focus of the opening camera shot for GameDay. Best tickets I've ever had. Keiland's calves made Beimer their bitch

07 Arkansas @ LSU: Triple OT. We still went undefeated in regulation that year

08 Bama @ LSU: Nothing earth shattering. Lee at freshman with co-defensive coordinators and we still gave Bama (#1 I think) all they could handle. One of the only times I've ever been proud after a loss

2010 West Virginia @ LSU- Peterson does the Heisman for the student section. Being near the field in the student section was awesome.

2010 Bama @ LSU- Reverse to DeAngelo Peterson. Miles eats grass. Got to see Saban lose in TS for the first time

2011 Oregon and LSU in Dallas- Jerry World. Also, even though it ended horribly, I got to see LSU in possibly the greatest season we will ever have destroy Chip Kelly's Oregon machine. Only game I got to go to that season.

I don't get to go to many games, but usually when I do something memorable happens

Most memorable for me would be '88 Earthquake Game. The game, the final play, the noise, etc is stuff of legend now and proud to say I was there.

I've been at some pretty good ones.

I've Been at each of the 3 times Ole Miss has beaten LSU in the last 6 years. (At LSU just a great game, LSUs awesome time management game, and 27-24 this year)

31-30 at The Swamp.

On the UF side I have been at

The original jump pass against LSU.

At Tenn Tebows freshman year. Believe it was a 21-20 victory.

SEC champ against Bama both Tebows Junior and Senior year.

Was also at the cocktail party the year the Dawgs did the Dawg Stomp.

Been to many many many others those are some easy ones off the top of my head

Too many good ones to pick from, but 1 shitty Starkville night in 2008 trumps all the horrendous games I've seen played...3-2
