There's almost literally nothing coming out on this search.
Apparently there's been no contact between Floyd and the University. Howland is a no go. And Anderson is being kept on standby.

I've heard Greg Marshall is cheap, always a bad tipper.
Which fits the rumor I've heard that he's giving Mizzou serious consideration because he won't have to buy a bunch of new ties.

Flight aware had a flight from Columbia to Columbia. Rumor was it was loaded with hookers and blow. We going after the big fish.

They've got this locked up. It's like the 24 hours before we got bin laden or something. I can't believe we have no leaks. Nothing.

I feel a little bad for this Kim Anderson fella.
Guy has been passed up time and again by Mizzou.
And now he's the emergency plan B guy.
Not the way to treat a native son (or grandpa in his case).
I don't really want him, but maybe 10 years ago, yes.
*I didn't realize that Marshall was 51, seems younger than that, like mid 40s.

That Kilgore guy really gets TB going. Makes me laugh. I think he is onto something with the WSU banquet though.

Floyd and KA are out simply b/c ESPN has reported that KA is a finalist and the MU was looking closely at Floyd. That's not MA's MO. Haith was not being publicly looked at by MU. Publicly, the Gregg Marshall camp has denied that contact with MU has been made. Therefore, GM is still on the table b/c it's not publicly known that MU and/or GM is interested. The next we hear from Gregg Marshall regarding the MU job will be when he tells his WSU players that he's taking the Mizzou job (b/c he's a class act and will actually tell the players in person). A few hours after that will be a press conference with MA announcing GM as the next HC.

Scoop from Mizzou fan in Wichita......
Really quite around here. Big WSU celebration tomorrow night to honor the BB program. The less we hear until that celebration is over, the better our chances of landing Marshall.

Ok, here is what I'm hearing. Flightaware has that left Columbia at 1:56 and arrived at Dallas at 3:19. Flightaware also shows a flight leaving Wichita at 2:49 and arriving guess where at 3:41? You got it. Dallas. Now we all know to keep these talks secret, they aren't going to fly straight to Wichita or straight to Columbia. They are going to use some neutral location. On this occasion? Yep. Dallas. Done deal.

So they're going to throw a happy party for the school and then we ruin it by hiring Marshall the next day, nah don't buy it.

The flight leaving Columbia was an Envoy flight. So unless they're flying commercial on American, that's not it.
