Not yet. At what age can I expect the fun to start?

Hemorrhoids aren't as age related as they are fitness related. People with sedentary lifestyles are most susceptible. What you eat is important, too. Can't let that rectum get out of shape.

I've got them. I've been told it's because I worked standing up a lot and ran often.
I'm pretty sure your name just get pulled out of a hat by Baby Jesus or something.

Good point. I hadn't considered the effects of a bareback penis on the rectum and sphincter.

^Apparently this is the correct statement.
Who gets hemorrhoids? LINK
Humans are prone to hemorrhoids because erect posture puts a lot of pressure on the veins in the anal region.
Heredity has also been considered a factor, since hemorrhoids tend to run in families.
People who have chronic constipation is considered a major cause of hemorrhoids. This is because constipated individuals tend to consistently strain to evacuate their bowels, increasing pressure in the rectum. Disturbance from frequent bowel movements associated with diarrhea can also be a cause.
People who frequently use laxatives. Laxatives may result in diarrhea, and increase your likelihood of getting hemorrhoids. Increased abdominal pressure can often encourage hemorrhoids.
People who exert themselves strenuously at work or who stand for long periods of time are most often afflicted.
Pregnant women. Pregnancy is a common cause of hemorrhoids among young women. They are most common in the final trimester because there is increased pressure from the enlarged uterus. Constipation, also common during pregnancy, adds to the problem.
Other factors that encourage hemorrhoids include lack of physical activity and a low daily intake of fluids.

nope. I keep a clean, well-scrubbed lower unit. Untouched by manly rough-housing.

So it seems you can get them from having poos that are too solid as well as too liquid, going to often as well as not enough, and from sitting too much as well as standing too much.

Quite a butthole quandry. How do you not sit or stand too much? Maybe I don't lay down enough throughout the day.

I got mine from daily pain pill use for severe back pain. Those things constipate you, and constipation leads to roids. I've only had a couple of episodes where the pain and itching was unbearable. Hot bath with epsom salt usually provided temporary relief.

Yeah I developed a mean little one after surgery and weeks of pain meds.
It rarely bothers me. I saw the butthole doc last year.
