He was close..
It's the 2nd best job. Florida just doesn't have the fan support. They've had one great coach and that's it.
Nobody tops Kentucky in basketball in the SEC but Arkansas has the longest history and best support for basketball outside of Kentucky.

They've had two, Lon Kruger took them to the final four in 94-96 time frame then left for the NBA.
Unlike in football, Florida's roster isn't made up of mainly/only recruits from Florida, their great teams have had key contributors from elsewhere in the country.
Kentucky draws talent for being Kentucky, the Florida schools do not have the same advantages in recruiting in basketball as they do in Football, same is true of the Texas schools.

I'm not sure I get what the big deal is. 
To me, saying Arkansas is the 3rd best job in the SEC is at best obvious, and at worst disrespectful.

Living in Chattanooga, the delusion on these local radio shows is unreal. They act like Tennessee basketball has been good for a long time.
