What really puts the icing on the cake in that news report is not just the people interviewed...it's the little details like the fact that the reporter has arm tattoos showing below his sleeves.
Or the fact that they spelled Mayor Rosenthal's name Rosenthawl

What makes it so funny is that this was the morning news. It's so bad that you'd think it isn't serious but it's 100% serious I saw it live on the news about a week ago and was waiting for it to be put on youtube.
