The place by Kroger/Chilis/old Package is good and has a crazy good lunch special.

Blanking on the name though

I've never really had bad hibachi anywhere.

I thought that place closed down?

ETA: maybe I am thinking the liquor store, something over there shut down

Is the place called Inoko or something?

Yeah that's the one. For like 5 or 6 bucks for lunch you get a drink, soup, salad, and more teriyaki food than you can eat.

The liquor store shut down and was replaced by Chipotle (win-win). Inoko is most certainly still there.

Convieniently happened right around my 21st birthday. When I never needed to go to the hellhole of package again.

Now under 21ers can just go to Oakstreet Package and get 15 packs.

I miss being able to buy half a 30 pack that was taped over. Not that I ever did but I liked the option.

Don't forget about the mixed 6 packs of Terrapin, so illegal but so clutch.

West side of Athens there is a decent hibachi place called Sakura that I used to go to.

Sakura or Shoki? Never heard of Sakura, but Shoki is out of business.

It's Sakura on Atlanta Highway. It's excellent - sushi and hibachi are excellent and not over-priced. It looks very unbecoming from outside (it's in a strip mall), but very nice inside and always busy.

What strip mall is it in, exactly? Now I'm curious.
