Us (former) Catholics call it Holy Thursday.

Sippin' on an espresso here, doing some circuits to refresh the memory. Finals only a few short weeks away and 2102 is going to try and go in dry.

My fall semester is going to be a world of pain.

Thermo
Fluids
Math Model
Physical Chem 1
Comp. EE

The night is dark and full of terrors indeed.

I can't. Only two of those classes have more than one section and the one section classes only happen in the fall. If I didn't get in, I'm a year behind. fricking LSU.

I'm in thermo right now. I've been broken down..lucky to still be posting today. Can't take thermo and fluids at the same time here though. Taking that in a couple semesters.

My fall looks like:

Comp EE
Diff EQ
Strengths
Intro ME Design
Materials Lab

We don't have a choice, it has to be done this way. Those classes will make a man out of me, you know, once the crying stops.

I like Diff Eq a lot. It's actually pretty fun once you survive the theory bomb of linear algebra. I hope Comp. EE won't be too bad. I'm taking it with an ME buddy of mine who's suffering though 2nd physics with me. I figure when better to take it while electricity is still fresh in my mind.

Diff Eq

is actually pretty easy, until the last couple sections at least. Learn it well if you have to take Diff Eq II though.

Having some fun at work today. Half of the Derby Festival All-Stars are here. Mostly kids going to UNLV, UCLA, Indiana, and Maryland.

WCA, your boy that's going to UCLA (Jonah Bolden) is going to be good. Tall, long body with a pretty sweet shot.

All the Florida and Louisville guys were at another school so I could only heckle the one white kid going to Indiana.

Organic ate my lunch. Once through that though, it's all the math we know and love.
