Anyone else watch this last night? Holy shite was it good. Probably the best 30 for 30 I've seen. I was sobbing like a baby at times.

I can remember when the tragedy occurred but never realized there was such a cover-up by the police. Those poor families have gone through hell and you can see that hell so plainly in their faces.

I'm sure it will come on again sometime this week. Do yourselves a favor and watch it. Very well done.

It debuted last night on the 25th Anniversary of the event.

Nice interview with the director.

It was awesome. I knew nothing of the story and they did an excellent job of going through the full timeline.

Its amazing what happened there to those people.

It amazed me lookin at the stadium and thinking, "How did anyone think that a standing room only pit is a good thing?"

I watched it, and agree that it was one of the best one's yet.

Very sad to watch. My wife grew up not too far from there and I have been to a Sheffield Wednesday match before during a visit. I had heard of the disaster, but never knew the circumstances surrounding it.

I'm traveling for work this week but I set it to record and get home tomorrow. Can't wait to watch it. I know a little bit of the story but am interested to learn more about it.

ESPN is doing a 30 for 30 soccer run alongside the regular series (Bad Boys is tomorrow) as a lead up to the World Cup and they look excellent

Yeah, a few people last night mentioned how crazy those pits would get and were amazed something like that hadn't happened before.

Watched it, probably top 5 sports documentary Ive ever seen.

Insane how it could have so easily been avoided.

Pretty much all tragic events are that way. They're almost always the result of a series of small, independent, and often seemingly insignificant actions and failures instead of one single catastrophic occurrence.

I watched it and thought they did a great job. As a relatively new Liverpool fan, I knew a good bit of what happened, but not the whole story. That was the first time I saw the video from the security cameras outside the stadium.

Saw it last night. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen.

Powerful stuff.
