Are "crazy eyes" real... do you feel that you can judge a person from their eyes

This may seem crazy, but I really believe I can judge a person's mental stability and intelligence just by looking them in the eye while combining that with their abilities....
No one is stupid in my mind.... it has to be proven you don't know what is needed.....
Swamp people for example... bunch of Dumb asses for the most part... Troy and that guy with the airboat.... great hunters....

I've always been of the opinion that you can tell intellect based on eyes. I have yet to meet anybody really smart that looked like a moron.

You can definitely tell. It's a subconscious thing though and it probably has more to do than with their eyes.. it's the entire package including body language.

yes, and psycho eyes are real too - as in the person is going to murder someone.

I've known enough crazy people to say that, yes, their eyes can give them away. I've got three relatives who I could offer up as proof.
"Crazy eyes" can be disconcerting, but it's "cold eyes" that affect me most. I think we look to the face and eyes for the emotions people are feeling. I find it disturbing to look into someone's eyes and there's absolutely no emotion there. It gives me the willies.
