OT: Where should I look to sell a diamond?

Yes, it's a ring. Single rock itself is about 2 ct's. The wedding band it sits inside of is a collection of diamond totaling 1.5 ct's.
I do not have any interest in getting ripped off at a pawn shop....eBay? Craigslist? Is there a reputable buyer in NWA?
I know I will not get what I gave, but I would like to get $8-10k for this rock. I've got a vacation in mind this mother is going to pay for.

Pete McBee at McBees jewelry is a good guy. Not saying he won't keep his interests in mind if he makes you an offer for it, but I can't see him trying to rip you off or cheat you. My advice would be to get a new appraisal from a third party before you go looking to sell it. Good luck
