Well, we have never done all that great against running QBs so even though he is a freshman, we all know that Watson will be highly motivated to make sure UGA staff knows what they passed up with him.

Was it really a matter of our not wanting him? I know that he's DT, thus not really fitting our system, but damn the sour grapes.

He wasn't a starter. Def not after the spring game. Many a Clemson fan figures he was going to transfer due to Watson being behind him

Conduct detrimental to the team. He got pulled the whole 2nd half in the spring game for complaining to Morris and Dabo like a bitch

Apparently he bitched out Morris. You kind of shouldn't do that.

He'd still be at Clemson if he were any good. The third guy must be the starter.. and don't be surprised when they pull another Sammy Watkins out their arse.

Watson will be a beast but he already broke his collar bone in practice. Needs to be beef up and probably redshirt

They'll play Stoudt against us. They may put Watson in for a series or two here and there, but they won't want to put him in for his first start in a hostile and emotional environment.

I think there should be an extra Fulmer Cup point awarded for being arrested at practice.

Right now with our pro style offense most mobile QB's know to look elsewhere. As much as I really liked the guy our staff never used Shockley in the way to harness his talents.

The article now says he was escorted off the field by police...not arrested. Hmmmm

I don't think he was ever arrested. Just escorted
