I guess anything is possible, but I don't think so. My opinion is that Jefferson was just that and miss, that inconsistent. When Jefferson threw the ball to the bama player, he should have been pulled after that series but wasn't. Something else was going on and sooner or a player will reveal what was happening in the locker room at halftime. It was inconceivable that Jefferson would start the second half, but start he did. Incomprehensible.
LSU played a very well prepared team, a typical saban team, and they obviously weren't as prepared. They couldn't make the adjustments necessary in the game and in fact, there were no real adjustments, it was the same play after play after play after play. The commentators were even pointing it out.
I've never seen a game at that level coached any worse on offense. Simply amazing.

I wish that was the case, but what really happened was Ware saw Jefferson scrambling and went to block in front, but Jefferson tried to throw it to him at the last second but Ware wasn't anticipating the pass. Jefferson should have used his legs there, not his arm. Great season all in all, but that was then. I like our team this year.

I am not a Les Miles basher but that one was on him. I think he had a divided football team and he was the one responsible for it. I also think that we may never know some of the things that were going on.

No way. As an LSU fan that game was just botched. Nick Saban is one of the best coaches ever. Given a month to prepare he's almost unstoppable. JJ is complete garbage and should have never been the starting QB. LSU D did the best they could, but LSU was outplayed hands down. Even if JJ would have been average, LSU would have lost. JJ at his best is still bad.

But JJ played well against us in the past.
What if someone approached him...
"Here, take the 3 million in cash, you know what to do." -Secret Agent
"You're right. I have no chance in the nfl. This is my chance to feed my family and kids." JJ

Since you won't spill the beans...
It was Nick Saban. He had pics of Les, you and a goat in a dress. I don't even know if they have a name for what the three of you were doing...

For whatever reason, the LSU fans in this thread won't admit it, but that was one of several conspiracy theories that they blamed the loss on.
The one that has stuck is the mental disadvantage that LSU had to unfairly deal with. They were angry according to Will Blackwell and Tbob.

After the game, Nick and JJ meet in the middle of the field for a handshake.
"Thank you so much Nick. I can feed and clothe my family. I'm so grateful for you!" - JJ in tears

Even if he was Lee should have been given a chance after Jeffererson's 1st half performance.
It would have been worse. Lee always played like shite against Bama. He's thrown more pick 6's than scored TD's against Bama.

It could not have been any worse. Bama knew JJ wasn't going to throw down the field. At least Lee would get the pass off, instead of standing there wondering WTF is this leather thing and what do I do with it.

nice try.
I'm not saying an LSU fan never said this, but most rational fans wouldn't. We all know what JJ was.
