The guy knew he was going to go undrafted and probably needed cash asap. What if someone approached him with an offer he couldn't refuse?

That popular gif of him basically tossing the ball straight into the Bama players hands is proof enough.

I'd be lying if I said it had never crossed my mind.

I wish this was the case. Would be a much better story than we just got our butts handed to us. Honestly, the defense played a respectable game considering they never got a break due to the offense being a 3 and out machine. If JJ could've just had an average game, we might have been able to win, but alas.

It's worth discussing but unprovable. Alabama had every psychological advantage and it showed.

That LSU team was spectacular, painful to see them finish like that.

Even if he was Lee should have been given a chance after Jeffererson's 1st half performance.

I don't think anyone "payed" JJ to throw the game. Bama's defense was just unstoppable that game. LSU's defense played well too.

Is it possible that someone paid him to throw off the entire second half of the season? I think you may be on to something..

REC tried to pay him to throw the SECCG first. Mathieu saved the day

I don't think anyone paid JJ to throw the game, but I do think someone blackmailed Les and made him keep JJ in the whole game.

I bet JJ wishes he could use that as an excuse.
