-If they like Anchorman 2 better than the original
-If they are a picky eater
-Use unnecessary amounts of toilet paper (not really sure if this is a universal truth, just a common trend with dumb people I know).

I generally take someone being to quick to anger as a sign.
I usually just think the person is closed minded or is boring. I knew some pretty bright people that would just want to eat chicken fingers and burgers their whole lives.

hard to say - some people are just overwhelmed with the crap in their lives that they appear dumb. an IQ test is prolly a good place to start

There's a couple of people in my classes that will interrupt and blurt out answers to problems without being asked, and they are usually wrong. Not one of those douche bag know it alls that answer everything, they frick up the answers all the time. shite blows my mind.

It's not that tough to notice when they come over and see how much toilet paper is there after they leave. Plus clogging up toilets is a bit of a red flag.
