Auburn, Alabama, or Louisville? In recent years, both of these teams have taken in players that had gotten in trouble at another school, or at the same school as enrolled.
Alabama took back DJ Pettway (Alabama) and TY Flournoy-Smith (Georgia). Auburn took back Cam Newton (Florida), Nick Marshall (Georgia), and Ricky Parks (Auburn) (gone again as of May 2014, grade casualty as a walk-on). Louisville took back Mike Dyer (Auburn), Zeke Pike (Auburn), JaQuay Williams (Texas A&M and Auburn), Shaq Wiggins (Georgia), and Josh Harvey-Clemons (Georgia).
Are there any other schools that should be in consideration? These are just 3 off the top of my head...

It's Auburn, dude.
But you are correct in your analysis of the Big 3

I would say Auburn because of the huge success and turn around they made in their lives at Auburn.
ETA: Second chances are a part of everyones lives. Where would any human be without a 2nd, 3rd, etc chance?

Agreed. Ricky Parks is TBD, as of now.

Auburn should just go ahead and put a probation officer on their coaching staff.

Right. It would be great if he really has turned his life around. Just like any of the other guys.
Learning from a mistake can only make you a better person if you so choose.

FSU sure took care of their rapist. Notre Dame did too.

wut
Auburn hasn't been in the headlines due to off the field arrests, or the like, in how long? Gus Malzahn is running a tight ship right now.

Baylor is earning themselves a reputation of welcoming in thugs from other schools.

Mike Blakely transferred from Florida, but he didn't transfer after getting in trouble. He transferred due to the offensive scheme when the new regime came in.
