College/pro doesn't matter.
For me, I was sitting in right field at Fulton Co. Stadium for game 6 of the 1995 World Series. My brother and I got tickets and luckily got to see the Braves clinch the WS. Pretty damn awesome.

1998 Falcons beat the Vikings in OT to punch their ticket to the Super Bowl. We were in a sweet suite for the game which made it even better 25-30 yard line.

Superbowl in New Orleans Feb 2002. The game was great, tied with a 1:30 left (17-17 Rams vs. Pats) Adam Venatieri hit a 48 yd FG as time expired for the Pats win 20-17.
It was also the first large sporting event following 9/11. Tons of patriotism and USA loving on full display. U2 killed it at half time. They projected the names of the victims of 9/11 on sheet while playing "Where the Streets Have No Name," it was very moving and gave me a lump in the throat and possible mist in the eyes.
Wiki cut and paste for Pregame -an ensemble of singers featured Barry Manilow, Yolanda Adams, James Ingram, Wynonna and Patti LaBelle performing Manilow's song "Let Freedom Ring."
In a video segment, past and present NFL players read excerpts from the Declaration of Independence, which has become a part of all subsequent Super Bowls carried by Fox Sports. Super Bowls XXXIX, XLII, and XLV used different active and former players (and a player's widow) reading the Declaration for each version. Former U.S. presidents Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush, and Bill Clinton appeared in another videotaped segment and recited some of the speeches by Abraham Lincoln. Because Ronald Reagan had Alzheimer's disease, his wife Nancy appeared on the segment in place of him.
Singers Mary J. Blige and Marc Anthony, along with the Boston Pops Orchestra, performed "America the Beautiful". Paul McCartney then sang his post-9/11 song "Freedom". Afterwards, singer Mariah Carey, accompanied by the Boston Pops Orchestra, performed the national anthem.
George H. W. Bush became the first president, past or present, to participate in a Super Bowl coin toss in person (Ronald Reagan participated in the Super Bowl XIX coin toss via satellite from the White House in 1985). Bush was joined by former Dallas Cowboys Hall of Fame quarterback Roger Staubach. Staubach played at the United States Naval Academy and was the Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl VI, which was played 30 years prior at New Orleans' Tulane Stadium.
Awesome experience overall.

FSU/UF. It was probably '81 or '82. It was at FSU. Started pouring rain late in the game and UF kicked a FG late to beat FSU. I watched cops wait for UF people to come on the field and they would take turns Nick Fairleying them. Some of the funniest ish I have ever seen. Saw a brand new caddy, before the game, that was blue and orange. Ugliest thing I had ever seen. It was still smoldering when we were going back to the RV. (I was wearing my Auburn hat, btw)

2007 Alabama/Arkansas - Pretty exciting game. McFadden pounded out 200, and Felix Jones added 96..
ETA: I thought you said best... I suppose the biggest was LSU/Bama last year. I did go to a Twins/ATL world series game, but I don't really remember it so I won't include it. Kirby Puckett was my childhood idol My dad's job was sweet in MN, they'd always hook us up with the best tickets.

2007 NCAA Baskeball Championship, Florida vs. OSU (17th row seats)....
1991 Braves vs. Twins World Series (First WS ever in the south), 12 innings, Justice Scores... (Note Braves lose the series 4-3 but the home team won all games).
Not many football games that did not involve Auburn, but 1987 Bama vs. Florida.. Emmitts coming out party (took a Bama girl), Emmitt (Freshman) broke Floridas single game record as the Gators won in an upset.

Not sure it qualifies as a "game". The Masters.

1995 Game 6, behind home plate. Was at the player celebration party at Time Out Sportsbar in Duluth afterward!! It was a private party since many of them lived very close. Chipper, Glavine, Maddox, Smoltzy, Lemke, Blauser, Avery, Javy, Wohlers...all the white guys. We had a blast!
1991 Masters
1980 UGA vs. South Carolina - Walker vs. Rogers Walker and UGA of course won 13-10, which blew. But good game!

1993 LSU at Bama. Before the game this was not thought to be a big game but LSU upset Bama and ended their 31 game streak without a loss. All the 1993 games were later forfieted due to NCAA sanctions.

The Masters definitely counts. Mine has to be Nolan Ryan's 7th No Hitter or his last game in Arlington.

1993 Orange Bowl. Frazier vs. Ward in one hell of a QB battle. FSU fans were major picks that game.
