#1 Recruits in Lexington

The #1 overall RB recruit (Rivals/247) attended UK's spring practice today. For any who don't know, Harris is from Berea, Kentucky, about 30 minutes south of Lexington.
Going to be a tough pull but would be an amazing recruiting coup for Mark Stoops and staff.
Accompanying him was #1 OC recruit (ESPN) Luke Hiers. Hiers has had UK at the top of his list for quite some time. He loves the staff and moved his visit up from the spring game possibly as a result of a rash of OL commitments last week.

Would be a very tough pull. Think he ends up in Ann Arbor or Tuscaloosa.

I'm sure Auburn fans think he's a Tiger and that OSU fans think he's a Buckeye.

He really enjoyed his trip. His mom says that Michigan is still his favorite though.

Isn't Harris looking at MI, OSU, Florida and some other team outside of KY?

His recently released top 10 was:
Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida State, Michigan, Auburn, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Florida and USC.

It'll be extremely tough, but Stoops has had some success with kids once he's able to get over that hurdle and get them on campus. If nothing else these kind of visits tends to bring other top kids to campus and that's fine by me as well.
