We can all agree that, geographically speaking, Mizzou should be in the West. So give them Auburn's schedule (Auburn is now in the East, which they win), do they still make it to Atlanta?

I say yes. They would have only lost @LSU, just like Auburn and they wouldn't have played USC so they still finish with just one loss.
Y'all need to quit saying Mizzou got lucky because they played a "down" East. They beat A&M and Ole Miss too.

In my honest opinion, in the most likely scenario we would have gone 6-2 in the West as opposed to 7-1 in the East. Most likely would lose to 2 out of (Auburn, LSU, and Bama).

ETA I guess we're assuming Mizzou in west and auburn in east. In that case, Mizzou goes 7-1 in the west as well. Split 1-1 with Bama and LSU.

So because they beat the 4th and 5th place teams in the West, they would have won the West? That makes a lot of sense.
