Let me take a crack at how i see them doing over the next 5 years, and yes I am going to be bias

quote:

SEC East:

Missouri - one 10+ win season, one heisman contender

South Carolina - 1 time division champion, two 10+ win seasons

Georgia - 1 time division champion, four 10+ win seasons

Vandy - possibility of three 8+ win season (strong defense and power running game)

TN - 1 time division champion, 1 heisman contender, two 10+ win seasons

KY - possibility of a 8 win season

Florida - 1 national championship, 1 final four, 1 conference championship, 2 time division champions, three 10+ win seasons

SEC West:

Alabama - 1 national championship, 1 final four, 1 conference championship, 1 time divison champion, 5 10+ win seasons

Arkansas - possibility of one 10 win season (going on a chance)

Ole Miss - possibility of one 10 win season (going on a chance)

Miss State - 1 heisman contender (2015), possibility of one 10 win season (going on a chance)

LSU - 2 national championship, 2 final four, 2 conference championship, 3 time division champions, 5 10+ win seasons, 2 heisman contenders,

Texas A&M - three 10+ win season, 1 heisman contender

Auburn - 1 national championship, 1 final four, 1 conference championship, three 10+ win seasons, 2 heisman contenders,

The 8 and 10 wins and possibilities of those, include the bowl games.

In 5 years either A or B will have happened:

A) He moves on to a destination program after great success.

B) A rule change or people "figuring it out" render his offense ineffective and he is fired.

A) Possible, but be honest - how many 'destination programs' are out there? And how many are in the SEC, arguably the most powerful (and financially rewarding) conference for football? I can only think of one, and I don't see them hiring him away from AU.

B) Dude's been running a variation of 'his offense' for about a decade now. He's faced some of the greatest defensive minds of this generation. Has anyone 'figured it out' yet?

Can someone explain the "they don't belong" sentiment that Vandy receives?

I heard that Nebraska had a decent football program a couple of decades ago, but wouldn't know for sure. Decent hosts for the CWS tho

Won't have to wait 5 years, could see that this next year. Certainly year after next.

So far this thread has disappointed. No as much vein popping responses that I wanted to laugh at.

People get really rustled when a supposed fan from outside the SEC talks shite on here. Your alter should be USCTrojan. That would be sure to rile up the masses.

Thank goodness - I'd been really wondering what some dipshit that wears corn on his head and cheers for a program that hasn't been relevant since the '90s thinks of the SEC
