He definitely deserves it but I'm surprised we didn't give it too someone else because he has already won it

He deserves it and is a terrific ambassador for Ole Miss but I would have rather seen Cody Prewitt take it considering DTMFS has already won it.

Yeah, but it being called the "courage award" and that screams Deterrian and yeah he's won it but he's never wore it in a game. Prewitt is the only one that I thought might win it otherwise. CJ doesn't want the thing so it's gonna be interesting next year. He thinks it's cursed so hopefully DT can have a great year and change his mind

It was a bit dumb for him to get it while he couldn't play. I'd rather him have it now than back in 2011. Also, fricking Houston Nutt's shitty fricking football god dammit.
