Saw that yesterday. Good for him I guess...I know that UGA could do better but I mean I'm certainly not complaining. Seems like they are perma-stuck in mediocrity basketball wise.

The terms havent been released. I have a feeling that the buyout did not increase. Its just so Fox doesnt have the "well I am only under contract till next year" excuse when he misses on Brown, Moore and Giddens.

It was really just to get rid of the last Evans contract and simplify the buyout. Fox was effectively done at UGA last year, the fact that he hasn't actually been fired just goes on the pile of evidence that UGA is not remotely serious about fielding a competitive basketball team.

We had been to 6 straight tournaments (including 3 sweet 16s and an elite 8) before CM got here. He took us to one tourney in 3 years. Not overacheiving

Pearl took a basketball-less school and made it a perennial contender. CM had to rebuild that, only to be spat on by the UTK faithful. Sad story.

Fox is even worse than Cuonzo.
Easy to see why the SEC is so bad at basketball when guys like this are rewarded.
