Lyndon Johnson
Richard Nixon
Gerald Ford
Jimmy Carter
Ronald Reagan
George H.W. Bush
Bill Clinton
George W. Bush
Barack Obama

Best:
Ronald Reagan - Did he do anything wrong? Sure he did... But he led us well not only at home but also globally.
Worst:
Gerald Ford: Obvious reasons that I haven't formulated yet.

Best Obama - The standard by which all past and future Presidents will be judged. Ended an illegal war in Iraq, and brought healthcare to all Americans.
Worst Reagan - Possibly the most corrupt administration since Grover Cleveland and his economic policies almost sent the country into a depression. Thank god for Clinton bailing him out.

Best - Jimmy Carter - good man and realized our dependence on oil and worked to become less dependent upon it. Even installed solar panels on the White House. Bill Clinton would be there had he not signed the repeal of Glass-Steagall.
Worst - Ronald Reagan - his first action as President? Remove the solar panels on the White House, but that doesn't make him the worst. The list is too long, but I'll just say we're still paying, and will be paying for a long time, for things that started during his presidency.

Best: Reagan. Had his faults, as any other President has, but great communicator and brought the parties together on a lot of issues.
Worst: Sitting in office now. Easily replaces the ineptness of Carter.
Among the worst:
Carter - just totally inept
GWB - Patriot Act
Clinton - scandalous President who is more responsible for 9/11 than Bush, appointed the likes of Reno, Holder and Elders to positions they weren't fit for. No telling how much harm was done, due to his focus on his coverups, instead of doing his duty. Hillary's Universal Healthcare, done in secret.
No opinion really:
Bush Sr
Nixon

Using your list:
Best - that fleeting moment when the incumbent is on his way out and the newbie hasn't taken office yet and there's a void.
Worst - everyone on the list. None are statesmen and all are whores to some entity except this country.

Best: Clinton
Worst: Johnson- this is going to be a controversial pick, but I can't help but feel his Presidency was a complete train-wreck

Best:
Jimmy Carter. Ended the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Patron saint of global warming. Adopted the highway numbering system that we use today. Founded the FBI and the USDA. 4 year letterman in football, baseball, and ice hockey at the University of Michigan.
Worst:
Lyndon Johnson. I've never heard this name in my entire life. He's either a made up name or was assassinated like his 3rd day in office.

This was a Republican bill, passed by Republicans but don't let the facts get in the way of your argument
