You know, these assholes:
Almost hit one like 20 minutes ago. Dumb shite just jumped into the street and yelled "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHWWWWWWW" like he was Howard Dean headed to DC to take back the White House.

Good Lord I couldn't agree more. There needs to be a law against them just like cell phone laws. Anything deliberately trying to distract drivers should be dealt with and gotten off the road*.
