Cliff Lee starts for the phillies tomorrow. also off the top of my head:
Drew Smyly- Tigers
Logan Forsythe- Rays
Craig Gentry- A's
Dallas Keuchel- Astros

off the top of my head, the dodgers have brian Wilson and Kershaw was committed to a&m before he entered the draft. im going to see if we have more

also Shelby Miller took a recruiting trip to A&M with Wacha before Cards drafted and signed him out of HS. that would've been quite the 1-2

Drew Pomeranz is in the Minors for the Colorado Rockies but will likely be called up at some point
