In no particular order:
Alabama = Manchester United.
Both are historic overachievers whose fans think they have a divine right to success when really they both have just lucked into some of the greatest coaches of all time.
LSU = Arsenal.
Both are powers in their respective leagues but incompetent management over the years have prevented them from realizing their full potential. Both have outstanding fan bases and stadiums and a cache that resonates far beyond league borders.
Auburn = Manchester City
Both are the little brothers on their respective blocks. Both have underrated histories and also pay more for their players than anyone else.
Texas A&M = Tottenham Hotspur
Both hate their more successful neighbor Arsenal with a passion but have an overinflated sense of their programs worth. Capable of having a good year here or there but will never win it all.
Arkansas = West Ham United
Both have extremely brief glory years from the 60's to look back on. Like Tottenham, both fan bases have dramatically overinflated sense of their teams's standing.
Ole Miss = Aston Villa
Both used to be big time powers and are now just trying to hang on. Both located in undesirable regions and both could be relegation candidates in any given season or could push the big boys at the drop of a hat.
Mississippi State = Hull City
Both should be happy to even be mentioned in this post.
Florida = Chelsea
Historically mediocre, recently great, both located in desirable areas for potential players. Both have embarrassing fan bases.
Tennessee = Liverpool
Both once great powers that have faded dramatically due to the rise of other clubs. Both play in legendary venues and both hate Manchester United with a passion.
Georgia = Everton
Always the bridesmaid, never the bride, both have a rivalry with Liverpool but ultimately Liverpool cares much more about Manchester United. Both have underrated fanbases.
South Carolina = Newcastle United
Both have given tremendous support to a subpar product over the years. Both have the potential to break into the top of the league but as of yet haven't been able to do it.
Missouri = Swansea City
Both are from areas outside their league's traditional regions (Wales/Midwest). Both tend to overachieve but still aren't that great.
Vanderbilt = Stoke City
Both are traditional doormats that have managed to punch above their weight recently. Neither will ever amount to anything and both have relatively apathetic fan bases.
Kentucky = Fulham
Both can be better than they deserve to be in any given year and have eyes to improve their situation, but both should probably be relegated to the 2nd division.

Chelsea is lucky it's only 1-0.

Agreed. But I hope it stays that way. Anytime John Terry is to blame it makes me smile.

As an Arsenal fan I find any comparison to LSU atrocious.

If you're an Arsenal fan you should be more bothered I compared A&M to Spurs, but in a way it makes that comparison more valid

I don't see UGA as Everton. I could see them more like Arsenal since it has been a while since either won a title. I could also see UGA as Liverpool, Legendary stadium has missed out on glory recently. Also, home to one of the most iconic bands.
