At least LSU fans will never have to worry about the great contingent of crazy fans that come with consistently competing for championships.

I'm not sure, but it is pretty embarrassing to riot for an Elite 8 trip. Especially from a blue blood fan base that has experienced several titles in the last 20 years. Including just 2 years ago.
Hell New Orleans just drank more when the Saints won. And lord knows we weren't used to winning.

All I know is there has always been a mutual respect between Kentucky and Alabama fans. When I go to football games at Commonwealth stadium, no other fanbase can compare to the class they exhibit. We have great respect for their football program and they respect our basketball program. We both have little brothers in our respective states (auburn and Louisville) that try to think they are our equal, but in the entire frame of things, they are nothing more than pests. Roll Tide and Go Big Blue!!!

I think it's more a combination of how the team played this year up until this point, the fact that Louisville was the opponent, and it's a Friday night.

Notre Dame is the most blindly loyal and stupid fan base I have ever encountered when it comes to college football.
