It obviously won't kill their program but it certainly wont help with this years class

If we land Delance this will be two guys who we've landed in the last few years who decommitted because of a fraternity related controversy at a Big 12 school though

Pope decommitted right around that enormous football team/fraternity drug sting at TCU and was accused of helping in report it

But the SEC is so dirty!!1

Is this for real???

TCU is playing MWC recruiting in SEC country. That's just freaking adorable! Bless their little heart.

There were rumors a recruit witnessed some of the illicit activity during a visit and reported it to Patterson. Pope decommitted right after his visit. Who knows if it's true. I just find it funny that perhaps another frick up by a Big 12 student body could lead us to landing a big time recruit

I took Jean out of my post because I couldn't find the tweet, and I thought maybe it was a fake. I had only seen other users quote it

Any other news on how FNL went? Any possible silent commits?

I haven't read much about it. From what I have read, very few of the states top juniors even attended.

Sumlin is too busy teaching Chavis the definitions of Recruiting and Third Down to go steal more top players out of LA right now. Give him time CC.

We offered two pretty good DE's yesterday in Mark Jackson and Alton Robinson. Jackson is a Texas lean, but Robinson likes us a lot. Both from the San Antonio area....which isn't the best area competitively in Texas high school football but come from a couple good programs. Both have good film.

Recruiting this cycle has been a mixed bag. We lead or in the top-3 for a lot of big time recruits, but they're taking their time more so now than in years past seems like. No commitments in two junior days but that's not terrible or anything...It's been the norm at a lot of schools this spring. Sumlin and the new staff have been a little slow and selective with the offer process but they've also already put in a lot of work so far with the current team for spring practice.

We will get ours. Just not a whole lot of conversation right now.

I Think we are seeing a shift from early recruiting this year. You also factor in there is no "IT" team in Texas this year.

Hope we can hold onto him. Those statistics are pretty amazing.

Greg Little checked in at 6'6, 308.

Hope we can hold on to him. Hamm reported he hasn't heard from A&M OL coach much.

Where did you see that? Just wondering since 100% of your posts are negative about A&M and I don't see it on there, just that he would have an update on it later tonight

Surprisingly, Greg Little says he hasn't spoken much with new A&M OL coach. Also said Kyler Murray's MLB decision won't impact him.

#GigEm OT commit Greg Little rates solidity of pledge to #TAMU at 5 of 10. Plans West Coast, Southeast trips. #8clap recruiting him hardest.
