Most people will probably say Bruce Lee, because he has become this invincible legend in the eyes of many... But the answer is Royce Gracie.
Bruce Lee was an amazing athlete, but he wouldn't stand a chance against modern MMA guys. Now, if you could somehow bring Bruce back and give him years to train with reputable trainers, it would probably be a different story altogether.
