Aside from Todd Gurley and Derrick Henry, Jovon Robinson is probably the best amateur running back in the southeastern United States right now imo. I've saw him play up close and personal four times last year, and he was the damdest thing I've ever seen. Broke the single-season JUCO rushing record, which goes way way back. He was practicing with Auburn's first team two seasons as a true freshman. He's also a really good kid and a bright and perceptive kid.

Barring injury, he'll be a one and done wherever he goes. Probably Alabama or FSU. Hopefully Georgia but I doubt it.

I have concerns though for UA. He comes in he will split carries with Henry next fall. AT or TJ will be gone maybe both might transfer. JR one and done plus Henry could leave with him as well.

He ran for 240 and 3 TD's in the Juco championship against East Mississippi Community College. That team had 2 Bama commits on the Dline (Reed and Pettway) and D.J. Jones (top ranked Juco DT)

Georgia is 6-2 against Auburn since 2006
We've also won 2 SEC championships in that span, as well as a National Championship. Oh, and a Heisman winner and another finalist.

Georgia's record against us in that span shows exactly what he was saying. They win games consistently, but in the end, underachieve

And still has a losing record against Auburn all time.

Meanwhile Auburn has won 2 SEC championships, made two appearances in the BCS championhip game, and won 1 national title all in the last 4 years. OTOH, Georgia hasnt won or even played for a national title in over 3 decades and hasn't won a conference title in about a decade

Depends on which streak you talking about. LSU was the 1st to break the streak to drop the BCSNC.

And no we are glad it was them that got beat by the ACC

It also had two Auburn signees in Devaroe Lawrence and Davonte Lambert.

I think if his visit goes well this weekend, which I don't have any reason to think it wouldn't, we'll be in the drivers seat. He really like Malzahn and our offense, and mentioned that Malzahn was the first coach to recruit him out of high school and they have a long standing relationship. He claims to not have any hard feelings and said that Auburn was the best fit for him and that he's "still the same person."
