YeAh, that pissed me off. Actually, I couldn't believe they were seriously contemplating that. Even if you steal signs, you still have to hit the ball into gaps which takes a bit of luck. It was an an incredibly butthurt reaction.
I guess they've forgotten that the Cardinals have been legendary at comebacks since at least 2011?

I remember the shot of their dugout when they went up 6-1 I think it was. Told my brother, they're acting like they just won the series, not just a game, and they haven't even won a game yet.

Yeah, I should have been more specific.. "Home" always means St. Louis (I grew up in U City). I know Scherzer will be 22mil range, but aren't they out from under the Holiday deal soon? Besides Holiday, aren't the only large contracts Molina and Waino?

No pitcher on this team will make more than Waino. Not sure what Waino is at though?
Just don't see the Cards going out and buying a big time pitcher like that. Can't think of any that they've done that with before.
