Construction was supposed to start in February on the arena parking garage. I haven't been to Oxford yet. Have they even broken ground yet? Does anyone have any pictures? I wish our administration showed more information about our projects like the other schools.

That right there is full retard. I'm sure the girls love getting mulch in their shoes. They could have at least used some damn pea gravel and paving stones. Why do we have to be so cheap assed?
