Interesting. We use a shipping container at the farm to store our 4-wheelers and Polaris Ranger.

I'm getting one to make a root cellar out of. Or buried hoarder stash.

not very portable, but I guess if your school allows a season long setup

Does it come with an 18 wheeler to pull it?

I predict some drunk falling off the back and breaking their neck.

You'd have to make a custom heavy-duty traiiler for it, but they weigh less than 6,000 lbs. empty. Even somewhat loaded down with gear, food, and beer, it would still be easily portable with a 3/4 ton diesel truck. Just leave it hooked to the truck and have a small set of steps to get up into it. With some of the redneck engineering that I've seen in the south, it's definitely within the realm of possibility.

Th sounds like a huge pain in the arse if you try to do that 8 times in a season.

I'm leaning towards NO.

The truck that moves those is one thing, and the easier part of the issue.

Loading/unloading that onto ground puts it at a somewhat steep angle, so anything you have in there is going to be tossed around something fierce unless it's not latched down in some manner.

Good idea in principle, maybe not so good in practice.

Not sure about other campuses but at ours, that's about as practical as these show offs hauling their Green Eggs to the tailgait.

cool concept, but finding the space for it near an SEC stadium would be a struggle. And as others have pointed out, it would be a bitch and a half to transport during a game weekend

Seems like it would have to be one of those trucks like PODS uses where the actual deal that holds the container detaches from the truck, drops the POD straight down and then the contraption reattaches to the truck. I think I will stick with the tents.

I didn't think about that. I was going to the trucks that haul the long dumpsters.

POD style would work but still not ideal. If you're going to have a truck that big, just buy a surplus school bus and pimp it out in some form or fashion.

That makes sense

Yeah, that second level isn't gonna make it in Baton Rouge.

About 50 drunks up there throwing beads at everyone's face is a recipe for disaster.

This would make sense right after the last motor home on the planet was rendered to the scrap heap.
