It was bound to happen sometime. I guess we could go all King of the Hill and bring back Dale Brown.

Great coach preaches team first.

P.S I still hate the little shyt for hitting all those 3's and goung to the final 4, Bama had a hell of a team that year, but the 3 ball killed us in that game.

He got another 15-20 years in him?

Congrats to Coach Donovan.

He is only 48, so he can coach for a while if he wants to. He has been at Florida for 18 years. FWIW, coach K is 67 and has 983 wins.

Sure, if he continues to enjoy what he's doing, why not stay put.

Just for the record, this does NOT mean that Billy Donovan is SECOND the BEST and Dale Brown is THIRD the TURD.

Easier to do with extra NCAA games and an SEC tournament to add wins. Pretty doubtful he will ever pass Rupp in winning percentage. Pretty sure no coach will ever break that record.

Yeah super easy since Billy has lost 168 games compared to Brown's 301 and did it in 18 years as opposed to 25. I aggree about Rupp's winning percantage, but Rupp was coaching back when other SEC schools had their gym teachers coaching basketball.

Well how many NCAA titles did Dale Brown win then?

Yes, but Rupp was known for playing no cupcakes OOC. Pat did the same with the Lady Vols. Go back and look at Rupp's old schedules and he played folks because to be the best he thought you had to play the best. Hall did the same and Tubby had some brutal schedules. BCG was the worst for scheduling and Pitino would drop schools if they beat him - why UK dropped the UK vs KU series.

That's the weirdest response I've ever heard to that question.
