I live in ATL area but have not listened to 680/790 since Sirius XM came about. It has been the same crew of recycled personalities for 20 years. I tried one day but Rachel Barbeaux and the Former UC/Pitt QB were unbearable. I can handle Finebaum better than Steak Shapiro and Nic Cellini anyday. I assume they are still around? Maybe it has gotten better?

Awesome, he wants a weekly segment on 680 so he can discuss Auburn basketball in the upcoming season. He is going to push the Atlanta market hard.

To be honest, I don't even know who Rachel is or the QB you mention. I am not a fan of Steak or Cellini, but it is a much better local market station than 790.

it's worth it to listen to 680 from 3-7 ET for Chuck and Chernoff

Not this time.
The only new thing he was really saying was he wants to really hit Atlanta hard and that he is having a hard time because so many coaches/recruits have texted or called him and he is not allowed to call them back because of the show cause. He feels horrible about it so he wants to get the word out that he wants to call them back but he cant

I really only care about the sports in my region. All my pro teams are from here and Auburn is an annex of Atlanta anyway. National broadcasts rarely cover what I care about.

I do hate Mon/Wed/Fri at 9:00 though which is the "Bulldog roundtable". I usually put it on ancient aliens around that timeframe.
