So, it's a new season, and time for some new rankings. As with football and basketball, 28 of your fellow posters have anonymously agreed to rank the SEC baseball teams weekly, from 1-14, during conference play.

Special thanks to the baseball voters, and to Riseupfromtherubble & bayoubighead, this weeks guest voters. Week 1 Rankings are below. Talk amongst yourselves...

Text Version
South Carolina
Vanderbilt
LSU
Ole Miss
Tennessee
Mississippi State
Alabama
Kentucky
Florida
Auburn
Texas A&M
Georgia
Arkansas
Missouri

And last, but certainly not least...the chart!

These were the only guest voters?
What about that other thread inviting guests? Is there any way that I could become a contributor, at all? Even if for just one week if maybe one of the two USC posters can't find the time to do it or something?

7 is a good spot for us. Hopefully we can take 2/3 from Arky

I am impressed with Bama at this point. Yall's pitching staff silenced what is currently one of the best lineups in america.

Exactly state is bad this year. The only reason they won two conference games is because they played an even worse georgia team. Also, Mizzou is really bad.

I like the Arky moral victory statement. A lot.

State is still one of the most talented teams in the conference. If a couple of player start playing to their potential they could make a run again.
