Press your brain if you dare.
Can anyone tell me the correct answer on 18? I see two patterns but I cannot find the right answer..

Awkward moment when OP's link to an IQ test doesn't work.

It's for fun so y'all don't get your panties in a wad.

Was 18 the one with the numbers in diagonals? I couldn't figure that one out, either. I had to answer "don't know" to that one and to 19, the one with the letters and two ? at the end.

It was fun, but I blew through it and got a 160. So I naturally want to believe this is a crappy test of true IQ
I'm pretty smart, but my IQ is not that high. I had a Psy D candidate put me through a boatload of tests years ago when he was completing some grad work and needed guinea pigs.
My aggregate score was not 160; but it missed by less than 10% though. So I guess I'm a bit impressed by this 10 minute assessment.

I'm no Einstein but considering I did it before my brain woke up, I'll take the 'smart' 130.
I have no idea on those 2 you mentioned. Also, is it better to say I don't know or make a guess on these things? I always guess- it's just programmed in me from the old school days.

I'm waiting for more responses before I take it. Hoping people will post more "correct" answers.

I'd like to know the correct ones too, then do it again and email my smarts to my friends.

Yeah, on second thought, I don't guess it was too "smart" of me to post my intentions before those answers were posted. I suppose I don't need to take it now. I just proved I'm a dumbass.
Eta - that's a good idea, though. I'd have to email mine to the ones who don't lurk here, though. That's one bad thing (among others) about having LSU fan friends. Too many read this information here.

I believe my actual IQ from when I was tested in High School is 132. Therefore, I expect to get a 180 on this test...

I got 180 which surprised me because I'm pretty sure I missed at least a couple of the late questions.

I'm guessing they just give you 10 points for each question you answer correctly. Which is not really how IQ tests work... but whatever.
edit: in reality you are supposed to test a lot of people under standardized conditions (same environment, same resources like calculators and scratch paper, same time of day (to avoid issues like fatigue/wakefulness), etc. You also have to make sure you're testing a representative population. When you have the raw data, you can determine the mean, median, standard deviation, etc. If the mean and median scores ends up being 13/20, then people who score 13/20 shouldn't be given a result of 130. They should get a result of 100. Someone who scores 18/20 might only get 130 or so. Who knows.

170. I had to guess on a few at the end.
I guess I'm officially a genius now.

I don't put much stock in these things, or standardized tests in general; I like taking them them for fun (and always enjoyed the time away from class), but I really would like to see this one's score ...

i took it wide awake now and got a 150- i'm still stupider than any of y'all.
but i learned on meet the press the other day that i have what's called full brain syndrome. there's so much in there, it takes awhile to sort and file all the data. it's common for people of a certain age.

Yeah, I've DEFINITELY got this. Been having it for a while now, I think.
And if you're watching Meet The Press, you smart.
I tried a couple of times. I don't have the attention span, which translates to "not smart enough to get it."
